Finals are finally over and I can finally relax.

Friday night I spent some time with my adorable cousin, Kate. My wonderful mother offered to watch her while my aunt interviewed for a job in Oregon.
We went to Vito’s for dinner. It was pretty good, but Vito’s isn’t what it used to be. Still loyal to my new favorite restaurant – Ghangi’s Grill.
After dinner we went to see Temple lights. It was so fun. Poor Kate started to get annoyed with all the people and would kick anyone who got too close.
I was amazed how close my night was to Busy Bee Lauren’s, and then upset that I didn’t get to meet such an amazing person. Oh well, maybe we will have another parallel night that we can meet on. Anyway, I ended the night with my mom and brother at Golden Spoon and I met up with my sweetheart.
We watched Charlie's Angels. Let me tell you, the fakeness of the movie is classic.

Saturday we went to my brother’s house and cleaned out their garage. It was pretty intense. Sadly, it was super dusty so I’ve been having issues with my allergies and sinuses since then. Oh, the things I do for my crazy family.
Chad and I went on a date that night and saw A Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey. Neither of us really liked it. I guess we have too much of an appreciation for Classic Literature and Classic Disney. If you like super cheesy Charles Dickens, THIS IS THE MOVIE FOR YOU!! We also enjoyed our dinner at Logan’s Roadhouse. Great food for the price and size!

Sunday we sent Katie back home to Texas with her mama. I cried. Luckily, we’ll see her again on Thursday. And her mama. Not as excited for that one. (Just kidding Amy, you know I love in your full prego glory!)

Please ignore my face right here. Kthx.
Overall a great weekend to recover from finals. This week I plan to cook and bake as much as I can, so there will be a post about all the yummy goodness.
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and have fun preparing for CHRISTMAS.
XOXO
